8/18/2015 "Robert was outstanding in repairing our old Whirlpool washer. He was
very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and what he was doing to
fix it, had the necessary parts with him, worked quickly, and provided
advice on avoiding future problems. Although Alpha had to reschedule us
because of problems at another customer, they kept us informed and
Robert arrived promptly within the rescheduled appointment window. We
could not be more pleased. |
